— Sessions are weekly, fifty minutes, minimum commitment of four sessions is required; duration is reviewed openly.
Therapy adapted to where you are in life
Children, young people, and adults are served through distinct approaches — each shaped by developmental stage, presenting need, and what the evidence supports.

• Ages 4 – 12
Therapy for children
Children communicate through play, drawing, and behaviour. Sessions use play-based and cognitive-behavioural therapy to address anxiety, behavioural change, sleeping issues, social difficulties, neurodiversity challenges, loss, and family transition.
A parent or guardian conversation precedes the first child session. Progress is shared in regular brief reviews, not ongoing parent sessions. Parents can be present in the therapy room if the family adjustments are needed to support the child's progress.
• Ages 13 – 25
Therapy for young people
Adolescence and early adulthood carry specific pressures: identity, relationships, academic load, school dynamics and the first encounters with depression or anxiety.
Young people 16 and over self-refer. For those under 16, a brief parent contact is required before the first session; the therapy itself remains confidential.
• Adults, all ages
Therapy for adults
Individual adult therapy draws on psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioural, and attachment-based frameworks. Common presentations include depression, anxiety, relational difficulty, grief, and trauma.
Sessions are weekly, fifty minutes, minimum commitment of four sessions is required; duration is reviewed openly.
